Hi,

I’m in some need of help please, hopefully the last time I’ll need it! I don’t know where else to turn!

My site is complete and I have had to move it to the client’s domain. I have backed up, edited and moved over the MySQL database. Backed up the complete website. Edited config.php and admin/config.php as per the following article and uploaded all to new domain:

http://www.jackwdavis.com/2012/02/20/how-to-move-an-opencart-installation-to-a-new-domain/

My website is now showing and it looks like the database is linking up ok beacuse the products are in the shop however the main banner, the background wallpaper and the product images are missing. There could be other stuff too but that is what I have immediately noticed.

Initially there was an error at the top of the page in relation to a shoppica.php file but after I clicked a link on the page the error message is no longer displayed so I can’t tell you exactly what it said or what specific shoppica.php file it was referring to.

The new domain for the site is http://www.oliviascupcakery.com

You can see how it should look on http://www.mallodesigns.com

If you could shed any light on this it would be massively apreciated. Thank you!!

Turned off computer and came back to this a while later and the error messgae is displaying again. It says:

Notice: unserialize() [function.unserialize]: Error at offset 305 of 2296 bytes in /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage23/ol/iv/ia/oliviascupcakery.com/public_html/catalog/model/shoppica/shoppica.php on line 134

So I’ve been playing around some more with this and tried to edit the slideshow from the Shoppica Theme CP options within the admin/back end.

My old banners are showing in the list of pictures available and I can select which ones I want as before but when I tried to save the changes I receive this error (although it does actually save the banner settings):

Notice: unserialize() [function.unserialize]: Error at offset 305 of 2296 bytes in /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage23/ol/iv/ia/oliviascupcakery.com/public_html/admin/controller/module/shoppica.php on line 326Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage23/ol/iv/ia/oliviascupcakery.com/public_html/admin/index.php:83) in /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage23/ol/iv/ia/oliviascupcakery.com/public_html/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-system_engine_controller.php on line 28Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage23/ol/iv/ia/oliviascupcakery.com/public_html/admin/index.php:83) in /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage23/ol/iv/ia/oliviascupcakery.com/public_html/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-system_engine_controller.php on line 29

Can anyone please shed some light on this. I am meant to be meeting with the client on Wednesday to show them the completed site ready for launch end of the week!!!!

Hi,

it seems your shoppica configuration record got somehow corrupted after you moved your database. Can you try to uninstall shoppica module from opencart admin modules section and then install it again. This will erase your current Shoppica settings though.
