I just made a backup and then when i went to my site was this :

I Cant use even control panel even launch site url!

Most likely you don’t have a record for the English language in the ‘language’ database table. May be you (or the backup tool) have truncated your language table by accident.
If you can, you can try to import the language table. You could also try with clean install and import your products.
