We are not very sure, you could style the Вконтакте widget the same way the Shoppica Facebook widget is styled.
We doubt you can insert custom css in the Вконтакте widget.

Unfortunately, we didn’t see a way to insert custom styles for the вконтакте widget.
About the facebook authorization; you will need to go to your fanpage settings and edit the access level, so everybody could see it.
