Scenario: I’m a customer on my checkout page. I have multiple addresses in my address book.
In Internet Explorer, there is a scroll bar next to the address. It’s very hard to see and not intuitive.
In Firefox there’s a rectangular box that looks like a scroll bar without the arrows.
In Safari, there’s neither a scroll box nor a drop down. I kept clicking, double-clicking, whatever, to try to see the other addresses in my address book. Purely by accident, I realized I could change the address using my arrow keys. This is NOT intuitive at all.
I’ve been told by a developer that this is a Shoppica issue. How can I change the address fields for multiple address to have a DROP DOWN ARROW. That is the most intuitive.
Thank you.

Hello Joanne,
We’ve attached screenshots taken from the three browsers you have problems with.
What OS do you use? Can you attach a screenshot as well? Unfortunately, we cannot test the website on Mac.
Best,

What you’re seeing is how it looks AFTER the extension author fixed your CSS. Before that, the box was a single line that had no scroll arrows in Safari.
