No pagination on shop items.

I setting up a new shop site for a friend, and I have setup a number of products on the site. However, there is no pagination, just the option to view 10, 25, 50 items etc. This is extremely confusing for visitors and will mean that they miss products.

Can someone tell me hoe to enable pagination please? Here is a link to the page so you can see for yourself:
