I purchased pavilion on the grounds that it will work with Multimerch.
I have had a number of errors which you have ignored – check out my ticket starting more than 14 days ago and hasnt been responded to in the last 8 days.
As you have failed to provide me with the support how do I get a refund on this theme as it is useless for what I purchased it for!

We have ignored none of your support topics! We are just working hard to fix all the errors you have submitted. I know that 14 days may look too much – you just want to start your business ASAP. Be assured that we are doing our best to get the job done, but after all we are a small team and cannot convert anything for a couple of days.
We’ve just re-uploaded the compatibility fix and have split the one for premium addons. Now each addon has a separate vqmod. Be sure to remove any previous compatibility vqmods.
At the moment we are working on the Shipping addon, so we can get it ready in a couple of hours.
If you are still not happy with our product, please contact Envato for refund. We just do not deal with this matter

Let me know once the shipping problem has been completed and I will reinstall it all again and if there is no problems I will be happy to keep pavilion if there are any errors I will just get a refund.

Shipping is ready to download as well. You can check MM and addons compatibility fixes in the Compatible extensions directory:

Be sure, you have the required Pavilion version and have removed all previous compatibility vqmods.
