not able to install shoppica2-on 1.5.3.1

You could do the modification to index.php manually as it is documented – do not replace it directly because it conflicts with the myriad of the custom modifications you have installed . The controller supplied by the Shoppica package is fully compatible with opencart and it cannot generate the errors you have posted. Try to replace the controller firstly, then observe if there are any errors. Then open index.php and do the modifications manually as it is described in the documentation.
