Nothing happens when clicking wordpress link icon in editing mode

I have an issue when I am creating content on a page, and I want to make a link. I click the link icon with some text highlighted and nothing happens. I have tried deactivating all plugins to see if there was some sort of conflict and it still happened.

Any ideas?

Hi,

We just encounter this error, its caused by Visual Composer plugin.

We are looking for fix and we will post it here.
