Hi, I get the following error on the register page:

Notice: Undefined variable: entry_account in /public_html/catalog/view/theme/shoppica2/template/account/register.tpl on line 82

another instance:

Hi,

You are using Shoppica 2.1.3, which is not compatible with OpenCart 1.5.4.x, which you are using.

We have just released a compatible theme update. You will need to download it from your TF account and reinstall.
