Hi,

Almost everytime I use the “theme options” that for shoppica theme, I get “Internal Server error” (like the screenshot i attached”)

And sometimes this will lead to 500 Internal Server Error happened on my site, and the whole site down for about 2-5 mins.

Hello,

Please contact your hosting provider and ask them, this problem can occur if there is not enough resources.
