OpenCart banner on login Page

hello
i had some problems yesterday
suddenly, i got open cart manufacturer banner on my account page
can you help me to fix this things ?
i’ve been disabled the banner module, but this banner still appeared on my login page

another probelm is
when a enabled the open cart banner and put it on my home
the banner doesn’t show horizontally like usual
but it only appeared on 140×140 box
does anything wrong ?

fyi, my site is : footballis.me
fot the first question, you can go to my account page to see the error
and for the 2nd question, you can see the banner that appear on the account page to see the error

Hi,

Go to Admin -> Extensions -> Slideshow. You can see the module is enabled for the Account page with dimensions 140×140. Just remove or disable this instance.

Be sure, when using the module to set the correct dimensions for your banners.
