Hi,

We have been stuck on an older version of Pavilion due to having Opencart 2.0.0.0.
Installatron has updated Opencart to 2.0.3.1 and now the website will not load. I am unable to get into the admin area either. I’ve tried to upgrade Pavilion to the latest version also but it made no difference.

When loading up the website I get the following -

Notice: unserialize(): Error at offset 51669 of 52340 bytes in /home/kaaskids/public_html/index.php on line 54
Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cookie – headers already sent by (output started at /home/kaaskids/public_html/index.php:54) in /home/kaaskids/public_html/system/library/session.php on line 12Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cache limiter – headers already sent (output started at /home/kaaskids/public_html/index.php:54) in /home/kaaskids/public_html/system/library/session.php on line 12There theme module has not been installed. Please, enter the admin area and install Pavilion CP module.

When trying to go to the admin area I get -

Notice: unserialize(): Error at offset 51669 of 52340 bytes in /home/kaaskids/public_html/admin/index.php on line 37
Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cookie – headers already sent by (output started at /home/kaaskids/public_html/admin/index.php:37) in /home/kaaskids/public_html/system/library/session.php on line 12Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cache limiter – headers already sent (output started at /home/kaaskids/public_html/admin/index.php:37) in /home/kaaskids/public_html/system/library/session.php on line 12Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/kaaskids/public_html/admin/index.php:37) in /home/kaaskids/public_html/system/modification/system/library/response.php on line 16

Website details below -

I can restore the site from a backup but that means I’ll be back on 2.0.0.0 again. We really need to update as we have a few errors with the old versions of both Opencart and Pavilion.

Thanks in advance.

I’ve had to restore the site from a backup to get it live again. Now I am back to Opencart 2.0.0.0 and Pavilion 1.1.3.

I’ve installed Opencart 2.0.3.1 and Pavilion 1.2.5 on my local pc and it is running fine with the demo data. I am hoping I could get all my products, catergories etc copied over to it from my live site. Is there a way I could do this? I’m still pretty new to this but can easily follow a guide.
I could then work through the problems while keeping my website live. Then copy all the files over once its working fine.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

OC 2.0.3.x is not yet officially supported. We need to make some more test and eventually release a new version.

Thank you for replying.

How do I upgrade Pavilion to work with 2.0.2.0 then? It still doesn’t work if I upgrade OC to 2.0.2.0 and Pavilion to 1.2.5. This version you do support but it still breaks my website if I try to upgrade.

If I do a fresh install on my local PC it works but I don’t know how to transfer all the Pavilion settings over and product data. I don’t want to have to completely redo my website every time there is an upgrade.

There are too many problems with my current version so I either need to upgrade or change themes.

Hi,

can you please check if this solution works for you ? We are currently working on a massive Pavilion update which should resolve all of the upgrade issues and will enable easy theme settings transfers between environments.
