I found this thread,

which explains where my orders are going. But the first day I launched the site, they were showing up correctly on the dashboard. After 7 orders, they all started only showing up in Abandoned Orders.
Can you help me understand how to get them back to where they should be?

Hi Andrew,
This means, that all your last orders are not finished. Only a completed order shows on the Dashboard.
By completed order we mean, that the customer has gone through all checkout steps and has hit the “Confirm” button (or have paid the products, if a payment service has been used).

I know ordinarily that is the case – but that is not happening on my end. I placed several test orders myself, and they all went to Abandoned Orders. None are showing on the backend. We’ve received about 60 orders since Tuesday, and they’re all showing up there.

Hi Andrew,
Is the problem appearing, when using the default OpenCart theme?
You can also check your default Order status at Admin > System > Settings > Option tab.
Generally, this issue shouldn’t have anything related with Shoppica and you would better ask about this matter in the official OpenCart forums.
