Paid for upgrade service?

I am running Pavilion 1.2.2 but scared to update to latest version in case anything goes wrong (I have not done this before)

Do you offer a paid for service where you can do this for me?

We could do the job for you, but unfortunately for the moment our task list is full and we cannot put you in.

The most important rule, when updating is: ALWAYS backup database and files first.
