Pavilion – Currency Conversion

My client’s website allows for display of currency in USD, EUR, or GBP. Recently the website received an order in EUR currency even though USD is set as the default. Client contacted Sage Payment Solutions and was told the conversion to USD takes place before they receive the batch. I don’t know where to start on this one. Is it a Pavilion or OpenCart issue?

Hi,

Pavilion does not change the way currencies and checkout work, so this should not be a theme related issue.

However, just to make sure, you can try to go through the order process with both Pavilion and the default theme to see, if there is some difference.
