Pavilion not working with Override Engine

Hi, I have installed this theme on my existing opencart site. I am using opencart 2.0.1.1 with pavilion 1.2.4. It seems this theme is not working with opencart override engine because i tried it by disabling override engine then it worked fine. http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=extension/extension/info&extension_id=8588 Please let me know if i can fix it.
