Pavilion OpenCart Theme arabic problem

i have a clean installation of opencart with arabic language install but when i install the theme and import the data
ether the demo one or the one in the site i always get an error

Hi,

Have you removed all English language files that come with the default OC installation? Pavilion requires these files to be presented in order to work.

_root/admin/language/english/*.*
_root/catalog/language/english/*.*

P.S. You can safely remove English from admin panel, if you don’t want that language in the website.
