Problem with category menu in header – brands not working

Hi,

When I try to choose a brand from any category in the header drop down menu, the welcome message along with my featured products (as per my default home page) are shown before my brand display.

http://www.mysite.com/index.php?route=category/manufacturer&c_id=69&man_id=11

Any ideas ?
