Problem with wrapper

Hi, I got problem with body wrapper background,
where it sometimes does not appear, how to solve this problem, I have reinstall even my server more than 10x, but it still the same, some time it appears to be ok, but most of the time it disappeared, I have to wait one or few minutes to refresh the page before it appear. Getting nuts to find what really cause this.

Hi,

We’ve refreshed your website lots of times on several different machines, but could not get the styles missing.

Unfortunately, such issues are hard to find by just refreshing. You need to catch the exact steps that cause this disappearance, or at least some actions of yours that increase the chance.
