Hi,
Just bought and using the shoppica 2 theme. I really like it but cannot seem to remove the product count from the side categories.
In Modules->Shoppica 2 CP->Design->Products I have ‘show subcategory product count’ set to off.
When this didn’t work I installed a mod to do it – http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=extension/extension/info&extension_id=3703&filter_search=remove%20category%20count&filter_license=0&sort=e.date_modified&order=DESC
This mod works in removing the product count if i switch to any of the other themes that i had installed before purchasing this one. When i switch back to ‘shoppica’ the bracketed product count is back on my side menu.
Any ideas or help on this would be very much appreciated.
Alan.

Hi Alan,
The option you have checked is controlling the count only for the built-in category list in category page.
Maybe you want to remove the product count from the category MODULE. This is a default OpenCart option and could be done from:
Admin > Extensions > Modules > Category > Edit > Product Count dropdown

Hi TB team,
I am using Shoppica2 for OpenCart.
Product count is shown on the category.
I could not find mentioned Admin > Extensions > Modules > Category > Edit > Product Count dropdown.
I can only find Layout: Position: Status: Sort Order:
How can I remove product count on the category listing?

@kromanluv
From version 1.5.5.x there is no product count for the category module. Perhaps you are talking about the subcategories listed in a category page?
This setting is controlled from the theme options panel: Shoppica 2 CP -> Design -> Products -> Subcategory product count

@ThemeBurn team
Yes, you are right. I could manage to remove product count on subcategories list now.
Thank you.
