Hi tb,
On mobile devices, i.e. iPhone – it seems like the product slideshow isn’t working on the category or sub category pages. The homepage product slideshow work’s just fine though.
With one image selected, it displays a static image. But with 2 or more it breaks, no image is displayed and the navigation arrows don’t work either.

We’ve tried to enable a product slideshow for the Ink Cartridges category and there were no problems under iPhones 3GS. Unfortunately we didn’t have any other device to test with?
There is a possibility that the cache plugin may be the cause for your problems. In Shoppica we make some device detection to bring different interactions for different devices. E.g. show buttons that are visible only on hover for touch devices.

Hi there, I have just upgraded to the latest Shoppica and I’m having the same problem – but on a normal screen (ie not just mobile). The main slideshow works fine, but the product slide shows only the text for the first product selected, but no image and navigation arrows not working. I do not have the cache plugin either.
It was working perfectly fine before I upgraded to the latest version.

Have you installed any third party extensions? We will also need an admin panel account, so we can test the product slideshow (you can disable all private sections for this account, if the store is actually running).
