Hi,
Make sure you use a jpg image. In the meantime, we’ve checked the url you have pointed and experienced no problems with all major browsers.
Is this problem still valid?

Hi,
The HTML page title is showing page url instead of text (not only in Chrome) as it is empty (check your page source code).
In OC 2 there is the “Meta Tag Title” field that you need to fill. You will see it, when you edit a product.
