Products -> Options and Products -> Attributes drop-down issue

There appears to be an issue in OpenCart that was apparently resolved (http://forum.opencart.com/viewtopic.php?f=161&t=36482) but crept in when I installed the Shoppica theme. Perhaps one of the Shoppica theme files needs to be adjusted for this issue.

The issue is that when you go to Products -> Options and start typing in the box, a drop down of the options is supposed to appear. The same apparently should happen in the Attributes section. However this is not the case.

Please can you have a look.

Hi,

Unfortunately, this is not a Shoppica issue, as we didn’t touch anything in the administration area.

The other thing is that the options work with us. Maybe, you have assigned options, before you add them for a product.

We’ve found that a lot of people just don’t understand how it works.. they think they are supposed to go to the product, edit page and on the option tab click the “+” button first… but they skip the part about adding new options. Maybe a message on that page explaining that would help.
