Remove – Add Comments About Your Order

Hi, can someone please tell me how to remove the Add Comments About Your Order from the shipping and payment sections on checkout page? I have tried the opencart forums, but when I apply the fix that they suggest, the continue to next step button doesnt seem to work. Thank you	sino

Need to do this also but the payment.tpl and shipping.tpl aren’t in that folder?	hooperman
