I deleted the following code block as recommended in this post: http://support.themeburn.com/topic/removing-welcome-my-account-copyright
slotStart(‘common/header.welcome’); ?>
slotStop(); ?>
However, the Logout button is now gone. Is there a way to remove where it says “Welcome visitor you can login or create an account” and maintain the Logout feature?
Thanks,
Shawn

Hi Shawn,
Which is your Pavilion version? Generally, you don’t need to modify template to remove the welcome text. From version 2 you can do this from Page Builder.
You cannot leave the logout button once you remove the welcome text.

I added a Logout button to the Account page inside of catalog/view/theme/BurnEngine/template/account/account.tpl
I added under wishlist:
<li><a href="index.php?route=account/logout"> Logout of My Account</a></li>
Best Regards,
Shawn

Hi,
On a second though you can add login/logout buttons from Menu Composer. You can create a new menu set and put it on the place of the Welcome block.
