If you are referring to the shoppia footer contact, you need to go to the ShoppicaCP module and through the footer section you can change various informations in the site’s footer.
There are four subtabs – Info, Contacts, Twitter, Facebook. Each subtab controlls its corresponding box in the frontend footer. You can hide / show each section by enabling or disabling them. All the four sections are automatically resized depending on how many of them are enabled.

Also go into your shop settings and under the genral tab where there is the telephone field, remove your number and press the space bar 5 times and save. This is how I have done it.

I decided to leave the contact form and instead remove phone and address details which I found instructions to in an old post.
