Renaming or removing information text from category panel shoppica2

I have been trying to rename or remove information text from category panel. When I am talking about category panel I mean categorie texts under my company name. There are picture of little house and my categories. At the end of the categories there is text information.  I dont know how to rename or remove it. Could you please help me.

Hi,

1) You can remove the infomation menu from Admin > Extensions > Modules > Shoppica 2 CP > Store > Information pages toggle to OFF

2) You can set your default language from Admin > System > Settings > Local > Language dropdown.
