Hi,
Link: http://www.hoolies.co.za
Currently using Opencart 1.5.2.1 (Clean install) with Shoppica 2.2.1 theme along with a few extensions that have nothing to do with SEO, for example; ‘Newsletter Builder’, ‘OpenCart Mobile Framework’ and ‘Sales Promotion – Many Combinations’. Some header/footer and css modifications to customize the look and feel and the store is working 100% fine.
I have renamed to .htaccess and it is a HTACCESS file and put the changes in both vqmod & root folder with Dreamweaver; also, apache module mod-rewrite is enabled on my server.
When I want to enable SEO URLs in settings > server, this is what happens;
Once enabled on the top of the header this appears about 50 times:
Notice: Undefined index: query in /home/***/public_html/catalog/controller/common/seo_url.php on line 67
Then upon clicking on a category; eg: http://www.hoolies.co.za/baby-boutique
I get this error:
Categories
Notice: Undefined variable: tbData in /home/***/public_html/catalog/view/theme/shoppica2/template/module/category.tpl on line 5
Fatal error: Call to a member function getCategoryTreeWithTotalProductsMaxLevel2() on a non-object in /home/***/public_html/catalog/view/theme/shoppica2/template/module/category.tpl on line 5
I’ve searched high and low and I can’t find a solution for this, does anyone know what might be the problem?

Does everything work when you enable the default theme ?

|
Nope, still giving an error – see screenshot

Well, you have to resolve your issues with the default theme first as their cause is not Shoppica, but a custom modification you have installed. Ensure that everything works with the default theme enabled and then switch to Shoppica.
You may contact the author of the SEO extension for help.
