When I’ve added sub-categories to my shop the ‘categories’ tab on the right doesn’t display the sub categories – please see the screenshot.
I wish it to be able to be like this..
category
>sub category
>sub category
>sub category
category
>sub category
>sub category
>sub category
Is this possible? Thanks!
the image is the right hand side categories bar once you’ve clicked on the shop.
Because I have a sub category inside “vinyl art” it doesn’t show and I’d like it to.
If I put the category “quotes” from Shop > vinyl art > quotes and placed it in the top menu..
Shop > Quotes…. it displays it on the right side.
Thanks for the help and sorry about the 3 posts about different things!

Hi,
Unfortunately, the default OpenCart category module shows only 2 levels of your categories.
Since Shop is level 1 and Vinyl is level 2, there is no way to show the subcategories of Vinyl. You can either reorganize your category structure (remove the Shop category) or seek for a third party extension that can increase the visible category levels.
