Shop details on order received page and in emails missing

When someone places an order, our shop information is missing. I want to put bank information etc. in there but I can’t find how I can insert my information. The same goes for the email that is sent to the customer, the shop details are missing there as well. I attached a screenshot to show you what I mean.	igerards

I did not use any plugin for this, I believe this is a default feature.	igerards

Hello, Are you sure you set this Shop information correctly? Because we cant understand your language in Woocommerce Settings We didnt overwrite any email functions in Woocommerce plugin. Best, ThemeBurn team	TB Support WP

I didn’t set anything, it was always already there. I found online that more people have had this issue. They’re saying it should be in the customer-completed-order.php template but I can’t find it there.	igerards

I have finally found it. WooCommerce > Settings > Payment Gateways > Bacs The bank account details had to be filled in over there.	igerards
