Hello, I need purchased the opencart theme for Shoppica, but when I started using it is more difficult. Can I exchange to Shoppica for wordpress? please help

Hi,

Unfortunately, we cannot deal with sales/license related problems. The arrangement between authors and Envato is the following: authors deal with theme updates and support (if they provide) and Envato deals with item sales and license agreements. In your case, you should contact their support staff instead.
