Shopping Cart not updating like it used to

Hello,

I upgraded to 1.3 and now the shopping cart in the top right corner doesn’t update instantly like it used to. After hitting “add to cart” on an item, a pop up used to appear saying that it was added and then the value would change from $0.00 to whatever the new total should be.

Now when adding to cart, there is no pop up and the value stays at $0.00 even though it appears in the cart when you hover over the $0.00.

Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks for getting this update out!

Hello,

We are still trying to find the problem. Very strange but only on your site when you add product to cart response is empty.

I did copy all of the files. I did edit some though but didn’t think I would have messed anything up. I edited header.php, footer.php, screen.css.php, 404.php, wpsc-shopping_cart_page.php, and wpec-functions.php. All of the edits have “David” in the comments to make it easier to find the edits.

I will go through those files and see if I find what I messed up but would appreciate the help.

I just tried replacing one-by-one, the files I changed with the ones that come downloaded and nothing changed. I am still having the same problem.

I went through the change log to make sure those files were replaced with the new ones as well. Both library\js_composer\composer\wp_bakery_visual_composer.php and library\core.php broke the site.

Hello,

Do you want to use version 1.3.0 or you want to use version 1.2.2. We want to know this because your other problems will be fixed in version 1.3.0 and to know which problem to fix?

1.3.0 . I should have it installed already, I just made a few changes to those files that I mentioned. I don’t know why the last two files I mentioned break the site when I have installed them before from 1.3.0 .

Hello,

We updated to 1.3.0 and cart is working fine. There is only one problem, notification is not appearing but this can be caused from a plugin. Please try and disabled plugins to check if this will work, because it is working on our demo installations.

I appreciate the help. The only thing is that since you installed the update, first thing I noticed was now there is no Shop Info or Footer
