Site Speed Issues – Cache Plugin

I was wondering if i could get access to the Cache Plugin to try and fix my site speed issues, acccording to GTMetrix my site load time is around 12 seconds down from 17s however changing to the default template gives me a much better load time of around 3 seconds leading me to believe its a Shoppica issue.
