Some modules don't appear

Hi there! I have some problems in Pavilion OpenCart theme. Initially, my Opencart is 2.3.0.2 and it contains the Arabic and English languages. The first problem in modules latest, specials, best sellers, latest reviews, clearance and latest articles when I change the language for the Arabic they do not appear even after the modification from Pavilion Stylish Control Panel – page builder – Tabs/Accordion, select Arabic and this did not work The second in “Welcome visitor you can login or create an account.” it appears by English only in both languages.
