Some problems with Shoppica WP E-commerce theme

Hi,

I’m starting using Shoppica theme and it looks great. However, I got some serious problems and I need your support.

The custom CSS field under theme options cannot be updated.

Some setup sections in the theme option looks distorted.

Images from the media library cannot be loaded into the thumbnail section (The only way I can upload is directly from the computer).

When I add new text to the Additional description, the shipping is pupping up.

Sometimes the visual editor is not clickable.

Hi,

Sorry but our theme options doesn`t support RTL direction, for this some of sections looks bad.

We tested images and custom css and all is working fine.

Do you want to hide shipping, and can you give more information about the Visual Composer, which part is not clickable?

Thank you for your quick response.
The problem with the images is that I can not upload pictures from the media libary to the thumbnail section of each product.

The Issue with the shipping is that I can not hide the shipping from appearing on each product page. This happens only when I add additional details on the product.
