Hello Themeburn,
I have some questions about the pagebuilder.
1. When you chose for 5 colums in one row, there is no option 1/5 (only 1/6 and 1 bigger column) is this correct? Look also:

2. When you chose for 3 (or 2 or 4 or 5 or6) columns, it is not possible to use just one of this columns and leave the other 2 columns blank? Look also:

Thank you.

I found the option Merge empty columns (edit row) for answering question 2.
Edit:
And I see now there are also custom row proportions. All questions solved!

Hello, I have some new issues related the pagebuilder.
1: It would be realy handy to move (copy, cut and past) a self-designed block or complete row to another pagebuilder area than the area where you have configured it.
For instance: from intro to content, or from all categories to global.
For moving, now I can only delete a row and made the same row in a differnt area.
2: Option to reload the global settings. When you accidentally remove or edit a row in a area, there is no option to return back the global settings.
Look also: http://prntscr.com/5ex7ge
I would love to see this in a future update. Is this possible? Or are there some way`s to realise above problems?
Thanks in advance & best regards,
Ultimatia

Another question: can the margin left/right (styles – layout) separately instead of together?
|
|
Hi,
1) Yes, we are aware of all these repeating actions and we will add some time saving shortcuts for sure (duplicate in, save preset etc.)
2) You can reload a scope by selecting it again from the scopes dropdown.
3) Separate margins (and paddings) will be added in future updates.
Generally, we are preparing a major update that will make the entire header area Page Builder ready. We will also see, if we can add some of the above improvements as well.

This would be great! Thank you.
At point 2 we misunderstand each other. I mean how can you get back the global settings in an area when you have removed them.
I have now this: http://prntscr.com/5fxfy9
And I want this: http://prntscr.com/5fxg7x
Function to get back “The settings for GLOBAL are applied instead.”

Hi,
From the screenshots, we see that you have saved an empty area. Is this correct?
To get back the default (inherited) content, you just need to delete the modified scope (click on the scopes dropdow and check the “Modified” menu at the bottom).
