This topic has been marked as not resolved.

Hello, I checked on “whynopadlock.com” as to why my padlock wasn’t showing up, and it turns out that though I successfully installed the SSL, there is a url that is not secured, and another weird thing I don’t understand.   Here is the info from whynopadlock.com:

Can you help me figure out how to protect these files?  I can’t figure it out for the life of me.   That url for the logothumb.jpg is the website logo, so I don’t want to delete that.  And that other issue, I don’t even know what that means.  Please tell me what to do and I’ll do it.  If you need access to my files, let me know, you’re welcome to them if you can fix this.   Thanks!  :-)

Hi Karen,

We see you have fixed the url for the logo image. As for the problematic link to http://www.pavilion-theme.com, you can easily remove it from catalog/view/theme/pavilion/template/common/footer.tpl.

I had to pay $25 to a developer on fiverr to fix the logo. And I removed the pavilion theme link from catalog/view/theme/pavilion/template/common/footer.tpl as you said and the problem with firefox still persists. It is not showing a SSL secured website in firefox.
Also, another issue I continue to have is in the page builder, “content” section, MANY of the pages I can’t edit because I get this:
{“success”:false,”message”:”Arguments error”,”reload”:0}

I thought paying for this theme would pretty much give me a paint by numbers experience and that I didn’t need coding skills, but I have a feeling I’ll be paying more money for repairs. Please tell me how to fix this so I can edit my website properly. Thanks in advance.

Following this as I will be implementing SSL shortly and need to know the solution.

mmogamer, you may be following this for awhile. Their support staff must be the busiest people in the world, because if they get back to you at all, it takes awhile. I end up paying for help elsewhere just because I can’t afford to wait any longer. I just wish I didn’t have so many issues with this theme. I love the theme otherwise.

@thehomers1914

We’ve checked your website again and there was a link to outside resources set in the Custom Stylesheet panel. It was part of the sample data, which should be modified (removed). We’ve done this task for you and now everything seems to work fine.
