Store Notice checkbox checked but notice text is showing at the bottom left corner?

Before installing the Shoppica theme, I have set the following setting ON:

Woocommerce > Settings > General tab > Store Notice [/] Enable site-wide store notice text
“This is a demo store for testing purposes — no orders shall be fulfilled.”

This text was displaying nicely at the top of the website with highlighted background.

But now after installed the Shoppica theme, the store notice text is displaying at the bottom left hand corner without any highlighting. Is there a bug in Shoppica theme to handle this store notice text setting?
