[SUPPORT] Internet Explorer not displaying correctly

I have noticed some abnormalities when using IE9. On checkout buttons are not displaying correctly. On top menu, hovering on a menu item with no child produces blank submenu. See image URL or attachments;

There has been no source modification and it is running standard OC 1.5.4 on WAMP localhost. Any idea how to fix?

This is still an issue. It is not something I expect from a premium template.
