Hello everyone at Themeburn. We are experiencing problems when trying to make this filter visible in our category pages. We created an OC Filter for Age so that customers could possibly filter results by this parameter. We visualize the OC Filter in the module block list in the Pavilion Control Panel but even if we drag it and make it active in the “right column” view, nothing seems to appear in the front end. Maybe we are doing something wrong?
We need to create other filters as well so maybe you can help us learn how it is done. Let us know wether you need to access our backend.

Hi,
The problem with filters is they are a bit hard to use (no matter the theme you are using), to have filters visible and working you need to:
- Create filters
- Assign filters to products
- Assign filters to categories (you have missed this step).
- Drag the filter in Page Builder
