Switch off Star Ratings on Shoppica WP

I would like to switch off the Star Ratings on my products listing.

I turned off Show Ratings in Store->Common->Show Ratings.

But the star ratings still appear on my product listing.

How do I remove stars from appearing on my product list?

Which plugin you are using WP E-commerce or Woocommerce?
