"The page you requested cannot be found" from top menu

I’ve got three questions here about my site http://www.blackdust.com.au

1. If I hover on a category in the top menu, then click on a manufacturer, the page goes to a “The page you requested cannot be found” page. Why is this?

2. How to I make the Information menu item appear next to the home menu item?

3. If there are no sub-categories, is it possible to not show a drop down containing the manufacturers?
