Theme conflicts with Gravity Forms + Stripe plugin

Hi, I really need to use Gravity Forms with the Stripe payment plugin for a form on my Shoppica site but there seems to be a conflict with it that does not allow the Gravity Forms + Stripe plugin to function correctly. I have contacted the developer of that plugin and they said it was a theme issue and I also tried it with another theme with no issues so it does appear to be something to do with Shoppica.

To replicate this problem, login into my admin. Go to FORMS – STRIPE, then on that page click the ADD NEW button and you will get a blank page.

Hi,

This is not theme related problem, we just tested with default theme and Stripe plugin is not working. Please check your plugins.
