Hello there…

I already running my eshop (almost few weeks) with ur theme and my customers are fully satisfied with the way it works.

I have a really major problem…

in step number 5 i choose payment option
Click on NEXT but nothing happens.
This problem is in only one case – when you are registered person language. If you use checkout without registration – works fine.

Really need ur help cause i am loosing customers brothers…

i try to understand what is going on and i found a very strange think that might help u…
There are some products that does not show up in the basket when i click add but only if i refresh page….

Hi,

Unfortunately, this is not a Shoppica problem. We activated the default theme for a few minutes and have experienced the same bug (not updating the cart and broken checkout).

The problem is caused by invalid characters in your options name. We had a similar issue quite a while ago with one of the Shoppica users and it was solved by simply rewriting the option name (not pasting it from somewhere). Sometimes, pasting text transfer errors.

You can also try this extension; unfortunately we haven’t had the chance to test it. Of course, be sure to backup your database first, before you use it.

We also noticed that you’re using very old verison of opencart. Can you try to upgrade it ? We believe this issue is resolved in more recent versions.
