Hello, When on step 3 (delivery details) in the checkout, when clicking on the continue button there is no spinning loading icon like how there is with the other checkout steps.

This is quite a problem for my store as some of the delivery costs take some time to calculate via Australia Posts API and with no spinning loading icon customers think that the checkout has frozen.

Last night I updated my open cart and Shoppica 2 theme to the latest versions in the hopes that this would resolve it, but it hasn’t.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
