Unable to link in text editor

Hi,
When I am trying to create a page using the text editor (not visual) I am unable to add a link.
When I highlight the text I want to have as an anchor link and press the link button on the panel above nothing happens.
Any idea what’s wrong?

Hi,

Just tested and everything working okay without visual composer.

This can be caused from plugin and its not part of the theme.
