Hi,

Most likely, this problem is caused by a third party extension (modification). What we would suggest is to disable your modifications one by one to see which one is causing the problem.

Why do you say that?
What gives you any impression that “it’s most likely” caused by a 3rd party extension?

We don’t have this problem locally, nor anybody else but you has complained. And you have 50 modifications. If you compare the case, these modifications are the difference between working product page and the one that throws the error.

OK so basically you do not want to support this anymore? I have shown on other occasions there are issues with DB and caching when you have said its other mods…

I wanted to upgrade it but you said it couldn’t be done due to multi store.

I installed new like you suggested and immediately started running across issues… but since I gave you an unfavorable rating for unusually slow support you now choose not to support it.

Other people have problems too and I would hope that you do not choose to only support those that give you favorable ratings… I can’t wait to give you a favorable rating… but it has to be earned… just earlier tonight you agreed that all it took was for support to comment “working on it” but then of course you deleted that post and ignored all of the other problems.. you might actually have been working on them… but how in the heck would I know that if you didn’t simply say.. “checkin it out.. will get back to you when we find something”

I might have 20-30 mods.. but there are thousands of mods out there…. I would think you (for the benefit of your users) would like to identify specific issues and fixes.. or even workarounds.

Tx, Much Lets figure it out…

OK using your technique of turning off the mods I identified the offender “Beautiful Add to cart”

When turned off the error went away..

I changed the ocmod file to only enable it for the default store, had to reinstall dev server to get it off cleanly after deleting mod…

Dev server is now back to live state, am going to try and re-install pav2, will let you know how it goes….

Just didn’t want you putting any extra effort into this yet as hopefully I have solved the problem, will let you know.

After making the above fix and re-installing.. theme is operating so much better now, close ticket.
