Url Parsing Function

Hi,

I’m having some trouble with the Shoppica theme since it’s giving me dead links on my site after switching to it (seo is on). The template doesn’t seem to be putting urls through the correct url parsing function like it should. With seo off I’m not having any problems. Is there any way to resolve this? Thanks

Hi,

Did you rename 

.htaccess.txt

to

.htaccess

The file should be in the site root.

Yes the htaccess is in the site’s root and has been renamed.

Hi,

Did you make any modification on your OpenCart installation? Does the problem appear with the default theme? Could you provide some more information?

We may need admin and ftp access as well.
