Visual Composer support forum access included with theme?

I want to post in the Visual Composer forum (http://support.wpbakery.com/forum/visual-composer-plugin/) as i have an issue with the visual composer. Is the VC with your theme the same code? What purchase code should i use to register?

Failing that can you explain how to make captions visible on images added using the VC gallery?
