Visual Composer – unable to select option buttons to apply settings

I can scroll down the page but the visual editor in the middle stays fixed and I can never see the buttons to apply any of the settings which is really annoying, can you apply another scroll bar to the middle section with all the settings in so I can scroll to the button. Testing in Safari on Mac OS X…
